Van Santvoort Capital Partners and Capital FIT are supporting Focus on Impact in establishing a partnership with Ten Brinke for the redevelopment of Sectie-C in Eindhoven.

Eindhoven continues to grow, and with that growth comes an increasing need for affordable housing and creative workspaces. Sectie-C will become a unique place where living, working, and creativity come together.

We are proud to have structured this collaboration between Focus on Impact and Ten Brinke on behalf of Focus on Impact, together with Van Santvoort Makelaars. This strong partnership makes the redevelopment of this iconic location possible.
