We are pleased to share that Van der Vorm Vastgoed and Stebru have signed the cooperation agreement for the development of Duet Delft. Capital FIT had the privilege of advising Van der Vorm Vastgoed throughout the tender process, with Stijl Advocaten providing legal counsel.

This project involves the realization of approximately 290 owner-occupied apartments, a commercial/social plinth, and a parking garage in the vicinity of shopping center De Hoven.

We congratulate Van der Vorm Vastgoed and Stebru on this important milestone and look forward with confidence to the further development of this ambitious project.
