We are proud to announce that Capital FIT acted as sell-side advisor to NS Vastgoed in the successful sale of Wisselspoor Subarea 3 in Utrecht to VORM Ontwikkeling.

Wisselspoor is part of the 2e Daalsedijk transformation area, a district rich in railway history where living, working, and meeting come together. Subarea 3 forms an important link between the already completed subareas 1 and 4, and with a total of 512 new homes, it represents the next step in the development of this vibrant urban neighborhood.
