Valuation

We perform valuations as part of the buying- or selling process. This is where we combine our real estate and corporate finance knowledge, as it is often necessary to value (portfolios of) projects, as well as the organization as a whole. 

Dealmaking

We are in the lead from beginning to end, to ensure the deal gets done. We work closely with you and your technical, tax and legal advisors to ensure thedifferent aspects of the deal come together.
