With great pride, we announce that after years of collaboration, the turnkey purchase agreement for De Sax has been signed by BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling and Synchroon (sell-side) en NLV (Nederlands Vastgoed) en Achmea Real Estate (buy-side).
Capital FIT advised BPD and Synchroon on the sale.

De Sax will become a new architectural icon on the Wilhelminapier, designed by MVRDV. The project, featuring a 180-metre-high tower, comprises a total of 916 residences, including 822 rental apartments (56% affordable) and 94 owner-occupied homes. De Sax marks the final phase in the development of the Wilhelminapier, with completion expected in 2030.
